Partnering with the ARCH Initiative (Advancing Research for Climate and Health) the game draws on global experts to addresses critical knowledge gaps where climate meets health.
Grounded in Real Research
The game’s core mechanics and scenario cards are based on ethnographic and futures research in multiple countries as well a survey and analysis conducted with 29 ARCH climate and health experts. 100+ trends and emerging issues were identified for health systems and climate and health and experts ranked the most important.
The ARCH Hubs & Use Cases
Future Care Force was initially used by the ARCH regional hubs at their inaugural gathering in Kuala Lumpur in June 2025 to generate climate and health scenarios.
ARCH regional hubs will continue to use FCF, connecting local knowledge to global futures learning to explore pathways for resilient, inclusive and responsive climate and health futures.
